Lisa is the co-founder of Two Palms Hospitality Ventures, bringing over 25 years of experience in the corporate world supporting and managing high-level executives, along with a natural passion for creating thoughtful, well-run experiences.
Throughout her career, she has built a reputation for driving efficiency, leading with clarity, and ensuring that every detail is executed to the highest standard. In her professional role within executive office environments, Lisa specializes in strategic coordination, stakeholder engagement, and overseeing complex priorities with precision. Her ability to anticipate needs, streamline processes, and support decision-making at the highest levels translates seamlessly into hospitality, where operational excellence and guest satisfaction go hand in hand.
Raised in Canada, Lisa shares a love of travel and exploration, drawing inspiration from time spent across North America and beyond. She has a particular appreciation for the elevated standards of service and attention to detail exemplified by The Walt Disney Company, an influence that subtly shapes her approach to creating seamless and memorable guest experiences.
Lisa is married to her husband, Chris, and together they share a vibrant family with their three children. They enjoy an active lifestyle that includes time on the water and travelling with family and friends. Kathie
Co-Founder
Kathie is the co-founder of Two Palms Hospitality Ventures, bringing together a lifelong passion for travel with a strong foundation in hotel and restaurant management. With an early academic focus in hospitality, she developed a deep understanding of guest experience, operations, and the details that transform great service into something truly memorable.
In addition to her hospitality roots, Kathie has built extensive experience in the corporate world, specializing in complex contract negotiations across the travel, media, and advertising sectors. This unique blend of creative vision and business acumen allows her to approach each venture with both strategic precision and a guest-first mindset.
Raised in Canada and having travelled extensively throughout North America, the Caribbean, Europe, and Africa, Kathie draws inspiration from the cultures, destinations, and experiences she’s encountered along the way. She is happily married to her husband, Rob, and together they share a vibrant blended family with five adult children, who often join in their travel adventures.
Outside of her professional life, Kathie is deeply committed to animal welfare, regularly volunteering with animal rescues and sharing a home with seven rescue cats as part of their family. Through both her personal and professional pursuits, she is driven by a passion for creating meaningful experiences, fostering connection, and giving back.
